Responsibilities
* Own and achieve the sales quota for the Europe region, accelerating revenue growth in line with company targets.
* Drive enterprise sales cycles end-to-end—prospecting, qualification, evaluation, and negotiation.
* Develop and expand strategic relationships with enterprise customers across logistics, retail, FMCG, and more.
* Build a strong pipeline by working closely with marketing, demand generation, and SDR teams.
* Position Shipsy as a thought leader in AI-led logistics tech across the EU market.
* Identify and close large enterprise deals; recent regional deals include $800K and $1.2M in ARR.
* Lead the local sales ecosystem—with potential to build a team across Pre‑Sales, BD, and Industry Consultants.
Qualifications
* 8–12 years of experience in SaaS sales, specifically selling software solutions to enterprise accounts across Europe.
* Proven track record of acquiring new logos and expanding existing enterprise accounts.
* Strong experience managing large, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
* Deep understanding of the logistics, supply chain, or enterprise tech landscape in Europe.
* Proficiency in at least two regional European languages is a plus, enhancing engagement with diverse customers.
* Consistent history of exceeding sales targets in a regional role.
