We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Director Assistant, working part-time with 25-30 hours per week.
About the Role
This position involves acting as the central interface between sales, customers, headquarters, and local partners in the Nordic region. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects, processing daily inquiries, and ensuring smooth information flow.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact between departments and stakeholders.
* Coordinate projects, manage day-to-day activities, and maintain accurate records.
* Contribute to strengthening market presence through proactive communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role with demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively communicate with teams.
* Fluency in Danish and English languages, with Swedish and/or Norwegian being an asset.
* Familiarity with IT topics and strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
* High level of commitment to company goals, combined with resilience, independence, and self-motivation.
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position, requiring 25-30 hours of work per week.
