Job Description During your internship, you will assist in the development of a generative model (e.g., utilizing large language models or sequence-to-sequence architectures) to produce detailed, IREB-compliant requirements from high-level descriptions or use cases. You will participate in evaluating the quality and completeness of the generated requirements. Furthermore, you will contribute to the design and implementation of a generative model that explores potential system architectures based on specified requirements and constraints (performance, security, cost, etc.). In addition, you will engage with techniques such as graph neural networks or other suitable generative architectures, generating multiple architectural options and analyzing their trade-offs. The internship will focus on utilizing generative models and evaluating them using metrics tailored for generative tasks (e.g., BLEU score for requirement generation, novelty, and diversity of generated architectures). Qualifications Education: Master studies in the field of Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or comparable Experience and Knowledge: strong background in generative models, transformers, and large language models, prior experience in systems engineering or related fields is a plus Personality and Working Practice: you are a proactive individual with strong research and critical thinking skills, you communicate effectively to present and document technical work, and you are an excellent problem solver Languages: very good in English and German Additional Information Start: September 2025 Duration: 6 months Requirement for this internship is the enrollment at university.
