What You'll Bring Minimum Bachelor level degree - ideally in a design-focussed field such as Communication Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar Proficiency in visual presentation software ( Google Slides, PowerPoint ) and spreadsheet software ( Excel ) A solid understanding of f undamental design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory Ability to translate complex data and insights into clear, engaging visual narratives Strong visual thinking and a keen eye for detail, with a commitment to high quality output Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (conversational German is a plus) Fast-learning and analytical, with the ability to adopt new tools quickly, proactively solve problems and contribute ideas for continuous improvement Would be considered an asset: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite ( InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop ) or similar design software A portfolio showcasing design skills, particularly in data visualization (student projects welcome) Initial practical experience is a design-related role What You'll Do In this exciting junior position, you will play a key role in visualizing complex quantitative data for our research and client facing teams. This involves designing and developing a range of engaging visual assets, including charts, presentation slides and infographics, specifically for client reports and presentations. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, you will translate their insights into effective visuals that clearly tell the data's story and resonate with our clients. Beyond client work, you will also create compelling visual formats for internal initiatives and contribute to the ongoing development of our corporate visual identity - including the maintenance of marketing materials. Furthermore, you will support the broader Marketing and Design team with general marketing tasks such as preparing social media and blog content, assisting in proposal creation, and similar activities.
