Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Full Stack Team Lead Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Romania. We are seeking a passionate Full Stack Engineer who will lead the frontend development, improving the quality, performance, and delivery of software and helping the team to solve complex problems. You’ll also contribute meaningfully to the backend stack, making this a truly hybrid full-stack role.
Requirements
* Previous experience in senior or leading engineering positions.
* Solid knowledge with Nuxt, Vue.js.
* Understanding and maintaining CI/CD tools and pipelines, end-to-end test automation platforms, and test suites.
* Knowledge of Git, Docker, and Jira.
* Experience with relational and non-relational databases, communications via APIs.
* Advanced knowledge of English.
* Knowledge of German.
Responsibilities
* Lead and guide the development team in frontend development, fostering a culture of finding efficient solutions, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
* Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable frontend solutions, the relevant backend connection, and focus on SEO/SEA-optimization.
* Plan and execute updates and refactorings of current software to keep it up to date with modern trends and standards.
* Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders.
* Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce coding standards to ensure code quality and maintainability.
* Ensure robust testing processes and contribute to a culture of quality and reliability.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues.
