Program Leader
The ideal candidate will lead and manage complex initiatives across various entities.
This role involves overseeing multiple projects, aligning them with business objectives, ensuring consistent communication with senior stakeholders, and delivering results on time and to the required quality standards.
* Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, resources, risk management, and communication strategies.
* Coordinate cross-functional project teams and ensure alignment with business goals.
* Monitor program performance and ensure milestones, deliverables, and budgets are met.
* Identify necessary resources and assign individual responsibilities.
* Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership, strategic thinking, business, and technical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor project managers and other team members involved in program delivery.
* Manage vendor relationships and external consultants as needed.
* Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
* Report timely and accurate information on assigned projects according to established protocols.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
* 10+ years of experience managing enterprise-level IT programs or business projects.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
