Effective tour and deployment planning for our vehicle fleet
Coordination and control of drivers and vehicles
Processing and scheduling of transport orders
Monitoring shipment progress and ensuring on-time deliveries
Communication with customers and partners regarding transport issues
Solution-oriented management of emerging problems and disruptions
Compliance with relevant legal regulations and quality standards in the transport sector

Relevant professional experience in the dispatching of truck traffic
Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.
Safe handling of freight forwarding software and MS Office applications
Excellent organizational skills and geographical knowledge
