1. Support international projects with strategic relevance to our customers in all project phases from initialization to go-live
2. Help our team in topics around customer loyalty and experience, reservations and information management
3. Support and enhance existing data pipelines, ensuring efficiency, scalability and reliability
4. Assist in building up and organizing the Customer Data Delivery team
5. Compile and process project results and documentation
6. Support reporting and communication

8. Experience with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
9. Proficiency in Python and/or SQL
10. Familiarity with data engineering concepts and tools (e.g. ETL processes, data warehousing)
11. Initial experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
12. Ability to work in a structured manner and bring a customer-oriented mindset
13. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex topics in a simple and clear way
