Your next challenge:
You will be at the heart of the international capital markets, directly contributing to the flawless servicing of Eurobond and EMTN programmes trusted by some of the world's largest issuers. As part of the Corporate Trust team, you will handle unique mandates as Common Safekeeper, Common Depositary, Common Service Provider, Paying Agent and Calculation Agent. This is a rare opportunity to join one of the few teams in Europe mastering these highly specialised functions - giving you visibility, expertise and impact from day one. You will:
* Safeguard and oversee the global certificates that back international debt issuances, ensuring trust and reliability across the market.
* Manage the full lifecycle of securities, from issuance to redemption, including complex corporate actions and payments.
* Act as Calculation Agent, validating coupons, redemptions and pool factors that determine investors' entitlements.
* Ensure precise and timely cash flows to the market as Paying Agent, supporting the smooth execution of global transactions.
* Liaise daily with issuers, law firms, ICSDs (Euroclear, Clearstream) and internal stakeholders, positioning yourself at the centre of high-profile transactions.
* Apply rigorous controls, contribute to performance reporting, and proactively improve processes in line with market best practices (ISMAG, MoP).
Your skills:
* 2-4 years' experience in international securities operations, Corporate Trust or Issuer Services.
* Good knowledge of Eurobond/EMTN/ECP programmes and ICSD environment.
* Knowledge of ISMAG best practices and ICSD MoPs.
* Strong Excel / Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of SWIFT, T24 is an asset.
* Analytical mindset, rigor and strong communication skills.
* Fluent in English; French or German is an advantage.
* Rigorous, structured and methodical.
* Team-oriented but able to work independently.
* Curious, proactive and able to manage complex flows under tight deadlines.
