Your tasks In your specialist area, you will support our customers in the Microsoft 365 environment, plan, implement, set up and find clean solutions. You provide direct, clear and competent advice - always with an eye for what is practicable. You analyze existing infrastructures, develop strategies for optimization or for the introduction of new solutions and accompany the implementation. You document your work so that it can be understood by others - both internally and externally. Your profile Extensive experience with M365 technologies and deep specialization in at least one key area - e.g. Exchange online, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune, Active Directory or virtualization Practical experience in technical implementation and the ability to record requirements in a structured manner and write them down in an understandable way No fear of customer meetings - you can listen and convince with clarity, not with buzzwords.
