The Customer Experience Development department at Vestas' Service Subregion Central is dedicated to enhancing the overall customer journey and satisfaction. This new department focuses on building strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. By leveraging innovative strategies and a customer-centric approach, the team aims to optimize service delivery and cultivate long-term partnerships. Key responsibilities include managing customer interactions, resolving issues promptly, and continuously improving service processes to fulfil customer expectations.
Responsibilities
* Forecasting: Develop and analyze forecasts to support strategic business planning and informed decision-making
* Cost Control: Generate Liquidated Damages (LD) forecasts at the contract level and monitor LD payments against the forecast
* Electricity Price Analysis: Monitor and analyze fluctuations in electricity prices and assess their impact on service contracts
* Customer Surveys: Analyze customer surveys to evaluate satisfaction levels and identify customer needs
* T&M Forecasting: Perform monthly reviews of Time & Material (T&M) execution and billing; conduct bottom-up forecasting and serve as a key driver for process improvements
* Collaboration with Regional Customer Management: Partner closely with regional customer management teams to gather insights and continuously enhance the customer experience
Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in forecasting and data analytics
* Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
* Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
* Ability to effectively navigate a complex matrix organization and utilize solid stakeholder management skills
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

Additional information
Your primary work location will be Berlin, Germany but could also be Hamburg, Germany. You should expect some travel activity, approximately 60 days per year.
