As aWorking Student (m/f/*) in Channel Marketing & Sales SupportinNeuss, you will become part of an international and collaborative business environment where you can gain valuable hands-on experience insales, marketing, key account support and cross-functional coordination. In this role, you will support commercial activities across theEMEA region, work closely with a variety of stakeholders, and contribute to customer-focused initiatives with a particular focus onOEM account managementand the customerLidl.
Here, you will make an impact by:
1. SupportingOEM account management across the EMEA regionand contributing to customer-focused commercial activities in an international environment
2. Assisting withsales and marketing activities for Lidl, helping to drive effective customer support and coordination
3. Maintaining and updatingproduct master data sheetsto ensure high data quality and accuracy
4. Coordinatingad-hoc requests and clarifications with cross-functional teams, including topics such as product availability, launch timelines, and product or process updates
5. Supporting theKey Account Managerin the preparation ofcustomer offers, presentations and annual business reviews
6. Maintaining and enteringpricing information in GDPTwith accuracy and attention to detail
7. Managingcustomer sample orders via Salesforceand ensuring smooth coordination of related activities
8. Providing flexible support to the team on a range ofadministrative, operational and ad-hoc tasks
Your Skills and Expertise
To be successful in this role, you should bring:
Minimum qualifications
9. Currently pursuing aBachelor’s degree or higher, ideally inBusiness related field
10. Strong interest insales, marketing, key account management and customer-facing business processes
11. A proactive, independent, well-structured and reliable way of working
12. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple topics effectively
13. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
14. A high affinity for digital tools and systems, with the ability to quickly learn new applications and processes
15. Very good written and spokenEnglish and German
Preferred qualifications
16. Initial experience inSales, Marketing, Commercial Support or Customer Supportis an advantage
