We’re hiring a 3D Artist who’s as comfortable modeling in Blender as they are setting assets up in Unity. You’ll work on environments, props, lighting, and shaders — ensuring that what looks good in renders looks even better in-game.
Model, texture, and optimize 3D assets for real-time Unity projects
Configure materials, lighting, shaders, and VFX directly inside Unity
Ensure assets meet performance standards and are game-ready
Proficiency in Blender/Maya/3ds Max, Substance Painter/Designer, Photoshop
Hands-on Unity experience: materials, lighting, and optimization
Reliable, communicative, and self-organized in a remote setup
Interest in VFX, shaders, or animation
