Your tasks
4. You will be responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of the entire release process for our system and software deliveries, from the definition phase to the final delivery to the customer.
5. You will ensure seamless integration and on-time delivery by working closely with the hardware, software, systems engineering, validation and production teams and acting as a central interface.
6. You will define milestones, quality gates and delivery scopes for each release and ensure compliance with established development processes.
7. You proactively identify dependencies and risks in the release cycle, develop solution strategies and ensure transparent communication of the release status to all relevant stakeholders.
Your profile
8. Successfully completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical qualification.
9. Several years of experience in release, project or configuration management in the field of embedded system development, ideally in the automotive industry.
10. You have proven experience in direct cooperation and coordination with leading automotive manufacturers
11. You have in-depth knowledge of automotive development processes according to Automotive SPICE (ASPICE), especially in the area of system processes (SYS.1, SYS.2, SYS.3) and configuration management (SUP.8).
12. You are experienced in coordinating interdisciplinary project teams of more than 10 people
13. Excellent communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English are essential for the coordination of international teams.
