To accelerate this journey, they’re looking for a hands-on, forward-thinking ERP Business Analyst with deep experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 – someone who’s not afraid to take ownership and lead transformation from the front.
🚀 Your Mission
As ERP Business Analyst, you’ll play a central role in the implementation and roll-out of a group-wide ERP system (MS Dynamics 365). You’ll act as the key link between business and IT, guiding various companies within the group through a full-scale digital transformation.
From analyzing supply chain processes (Sales, Procurement, Production, Inventory, Planning) to running stakeholder workshops and owning the solution delivery – this is your opportunity to lead change with impact.

What You’ll Do
* Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to implement D365 across multiple entities.
* After a 12–18 month onboarding phase, take the lead on future ERP rollouts across Europe.
* Act as the bridge between business and technology – translating business needs into smart ERP solutions.
* Conduct workshops, define functional requirements, and create clear, actionable business analysis.
* Analyze, model, and optimize key business processes using tools like BPMN.
* Ensure smooth, goal-oriented project delivery with a focus on value and scalability.
🎯 Your Profile
* 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within ERP/D365 projects.
* Proven knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O) – hands-on experience required.
* Strong communicator with the ability to influence and coordinate across departments.
* Experience working with Azure DevOps is a plus.
* Skilled in process documentation and improvement – BPMN knowledge is a bonus.
* Proactive, structured, and pragmatic: you know how to get things done.
* Fluent in German and English (must-have).
* Willingness to travel across European sites as needed.
