Job Profile Summary:
* The Transfer Agency department provides third-party fund administration services to numerous fund management companies, covering shareholder servicing functions including dealing, registration, settlements, distributions, commissions, and statements.
* The team provides technical support, handles complaints, undertakes process reviews, coordinates audit visits, provides management information, and analysis.
Responsibilities:
* Oversight of processing quality and timeliness.
* Ensure all tasks are processed according to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
* Collaborate with the team and group projects area on allocated projects.
* Audit and improve processes and controls as instructed by the Team Leader or Management.
* Completion of monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), timely and accurately.
* Contribute to weekly team meetings if required.
* Evaluate and implement changes in proposed new regulations with internal departments.
* Manage environment-related projects for smooth implementation.
* Foster an environment encouraging employee participation, teamwork, and communication.
* Production of daily/monthly/ad-hoc reporting.
* Resolution of asset manager queries.
* Assume responsibility for efficient day-to-day running of the group, providing technical expertise.
* Identify and report risks immediately to the Team Leader.
* Understand background and propose measures to prevent recurrence.
* Excellent communication skills - Fluent in English.
