Develop CNC Control Solutions: Design, implement, and refine CNC control architectures to maximize performance, accuracy, and adaptability across manufacturing operations.
Partner with multidisciplinary teams to build and evaluate next-generation CNC prototypes.
Technical Analysis & Support: Identify, investigate, and resolve complex issues in CNC systems, ensuring robustness and operational excellence.
Drive R&D Innovation: Play an active role in research projects aimed at enhancing automation, software integration, and the overall CNC ecosystem.
Create clear, thorough documentation for control system designs and processes while ensuring industry compliance.
Knowledge Transfer: Support teams and end-users by providing technical training and best practice guidance for CNC usage and features.
Practical experience with CNC systems, including configuration, code development, and optimization.
Proficiency with G-code, M-code, PLCs, and CAD/CAM platforms.
Hands-on familiarity with control systems from manufacturers like FANUC, Siemens, Heidenhain, or Beckhoff .
