ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst

Our client, a global leader in semiconductors are hiring a ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst with a particular focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to join the team. This contract position (60-80% capacity) involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements while designing and delivering tailored HRSD solutions that drive operational efficiency and align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to capture, document and validate requirements specific to HR Service Delivery processes.
* Translate HRSD business needs into scalable, efficient ServiceNow solutions.
* Lead solution design and architecture, ensuring alignment with HRSD best practices and the ServiceNow roadmap.
* Provide guidance on leveraging HRSD modules, including Employee Center, Case and Knowledge Management and Lifecycle Events.
* Oversee implementation, ensuring the delivered functionality meets HR and organizational expectations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other ServiceNow modules.
Skillset
* Strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSD and platform capabilities.
* Proven experience as both a Business Analyst and Solution Architect, with a focus on HR solutions.
* Solid understanding of HR processes and workflows.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a part-time capacity and manage competing priorities.
