* Stakeholder Coordination: You’ll work closely with Sales, BI, Marketing, and Management to align on new daily HubSpot tickets and tasks and closely collaborate with our Product Owner CRM. With this, you actively support sales enablement and change processes.
* Enablement & Change Support: You’ll support training initiatives, create handbooks, and help manage change processes.
* General IT Helpdesk: You’ll collaborate on support tickets, hardware ordering, and contribute to broader IT team efforts.
This is what you’ll bring to the table:
* You have successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification, and you already have several years of hands‑on expertise in a similar role.
* You have in-depth knowledge of HubSpot and experience in implementing and further developing CRM processes with a focus on marketing and sales.
* You think analytically, understand technical structures such as workflows, data models, and integrations, and ideally bring initial experience with Python.
* You work in a structured and reliable manner and enjoy taking responsibility, from concept to hands-on execution.
* You are a strong communicator, show a high degree of initiative, and are capable of effectively involving various stakeholders.
* You have a solid methodological toolkit and know how to apply pragmatic, solution-oriented approaches based on the situation.
* You are fluent in German and English and navigate confidently in an international, cross-functional environment.
This is what we offer you:
* Company Culture: Open culture with flat hierarchies, where individual initiative is encouraged.
