Summary
We are seeking experienced SAP Engineers to support leading organizations across NRW, Germany. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless configuration, implementation, and optimization of SAP systems across key modules such as MM, SD, FI, CO, PP, HCM, and ABAP. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning SAP solutions with business needs, driving system stability, and enabling digital transformation through robust technical support and process improvement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to major system upgrades and integrations, and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
Responsibilities
1. Configure, customize, and maintain SAP modules (, SAP MM, SD, FI, CO, PP, HCM, ABAP) to meet evolving business requirements
2. Provide expert technical support and resolve complex SAP-related issues efficiently
3. Contribute to SAP implementation, migration, and upgrade projects from planning to deployment
4. Analyze business processes and design scalable, efficient SAP-based solutions
5. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end-users to ensure solution alignment and adoption
6. Develop comprehensive documentation, testing scripts, and training materials for system users
7. Maintain system integrity, data accuracy, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards
8. Facilitate integration between SAP and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.
Requirements
Requirements:
9. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP systems, either in functional or technical roles
10. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree eligible under Anabin H+
11. In-depth knowledge of SAP configuration, business workflows, and end-to-end system processes
12. Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly advantageous
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify system bottlenecks and deliver enhancements
14. German language proficiency at B2 level (mandatory)
15. Willingness and ability to relocate to NRW, Germany
