The Spares program manager will be responsible for analyzing, developing and implementing efficient processes within our data center operations. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, as well as being the liaison/direct link to the client in order to enhance productivity, reduce operational waste and cost, and drive continuous improvement through lean methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all Metrics are within customer SLA
2. Support the implementation of new processes, ensuring smooth transition and adherence
3. Act as a trainer for new process rollouts, providing comprehensive instruction to operational teams
4. Contribute actively to the organization's Continuous Improvement program
5. Conduct periodic operational reviews to ensure tasks are being executed in accordance with documentation
6. Support other business relevant projects to support the operational objectives and growth in EMEA
7. Leverage data to drive programs and proactively thinking of how to improve operations
8. Deliver program metrics on weekly calls
9. Update workflows and kept them to the highest standards
10. Support implementations to ensure new turn-ups are prepared to handle daily operations
11. Building a long-term relationships with the customer and internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
12. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
13. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in 3rd party supply chain, preferably within a 3PL or logistics environment
14. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret and leverage operational data
15. Excellent training and communication skills, with experience in conducting training sessions
16. Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset
17. Knowledge of EMEA-specific logistics regulations and industry best practices
18. Fluent in English
19. Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the EMEA region
