UI/UX Designer (m/f/d)
Your tasks
* You will be responsible for the creation and implementation of UX/UI concepts, prototypes and designs for the web, app and desktop interfaces of our software solutions. You will work closely with the software development teams
* You develop intuitive UX/UI concepts for our software products and are responsible for the refinement and further development of our existing platform design system
* For specific implementation projects, you will be involved in the requirements analysis, create wireframes, prototypes and interactive mockups and proactively support their implementation and subsequent quality assurance through your "UX glasses"
* You derive realistic optimization projects from user feedback to continuously improve the user experience
* You always work closely with product management, development and the test department
Your profile
* Degree or similar qualification as well as sound professional experience in the conception & implementation of UX/UI
* You are familiar with working with common tools for creating prototypes and design tools such as Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.) and you enjoy actively helping with the implementation of various projects
* You are motivated and persistent to deal with "your" product in its entirety and to constantly face new questions and challenges, which you work on in a solution-oriented and future-oriented manner
* Structured and independent way of working
* Team competence and communication skills
* Very good written and spoken German and English skills are a must
