Business Analyst* Digital Assets (German-speaking)

Our Technology department of around 300 employees works largely in an agile way using a Scrumban approach and covers areas such as Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Operations, Process and Governance, Software De-velopment and Architecture. We are particularly proud to develop almost all of our applications in-house, which gives us unique flexibility and innovative strength. Our tech stack includes modern technologies such as Java, Kotlin, TypeScript and Python, CI/CD pipelines, containers, Kubernetes as well as Azure Cloud, Azure SQL Database and Oracle Database with PL/SQL.
What will you do?
* Drive the development and implementation of Berenberg's digital assets strategy
* Work closely with internal development teams and stakeholders from various banking depart-ments
* Translate complex technical requirements into user stories and support the implementation pro-cess
* Manage and coordinate our external provider for the digital assets platform
* Monitor market trends in cryptocurrencies and digital assets to identify new business opportuni-ties and relevant regulatory requirements
Who are we looking for?
* University degree, ideally in subjects such as business information systems, business administration, economics, or computer science
* Strong knowledge of digital assets / cryptocurrencies
* Experience in creating user stories and working with IT teams (e.g. agile/scrum)
* Experience in managing external service providers and integrating external products or interfaces
* Analytical thinker with the ability to present complex topics in a clear and understandable manner
* Self-starter with a structured and proactive approach to work
* Very good written and spoken German and English skills
