Currently, we are building our new facility on ca. 6,000 square meters, emphasizing our principles of growth and sustainability. With our new location, we aim to operate climate-neutrally at Nordport in Norderstedt.
Your Mission:
As you assist the customer to ensure operational serviceability of equipment in compliance with safety and airworthiness instructions, it's your responsibility to create and maintain a privileged customer relationship. You'll actively contribute and take part in introducing and deploying services and entries into service of products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide dedicated local technical support and assist the customer to guarantee quality of maintenance and optimize removals
2. Support the customer in daily activities and contribute to continued operation of its engines
3. Ensure proper sizing of assets to fulfill contract requirements
4. Identify and provide advice on availability of resources required to conduct maintenance: consumables, spare parts, tooling, personnel qualification and training
5. Assist the customer in planning and implementation of maintenance plan to ensure compliance
6. Ensure clear and effective communication between customer and organization
7. Contribute to product and service improvement and contract profitability
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Essential Requirements:
8. Hold a recognized High School certificate followed by further education with specialization in aeronautics or an aeronautical military school evidenced by appropriate certificate
9. Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in field of aeronautical maintenance for complex components, such as engine/APU including 24 months of successful experience working in field of gas turbine maintenance or repair, and/or as customer technical support interface and/or at international level
10. Good technical knowledge of helicopter airframes and knowledge of their main components and operation of Safran Helicopter engines
11. A Part 66 license is advantageous
12. Fluent in English (B2 and C1 (CEFR) or 785 and 945 (TOEIC))
13. Excellent ability to analyze and summarize information
14. Good communicator with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
15. Travel requirement 30%
