About the Role

In this role, you will:

1. Develop strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned territory

2. Perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment

3. Initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within Medium Enterprise prospects and shares Workday value propositions

4. Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data

About You

Basic Qualifications

11. Prior experience in cloud business application sales leading complex sales cycles end-to-end

12. Experienced in selling to C-level in a strong team selling environment

13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German & English

14. Experience in engaging in a programmatic approach to generate and develop leads within your territory

Other Qualifications

15. Proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle, including prospecting for a portion of opportunities

16. Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape of the industry by staying up to date with trends and customer needs so you can effectively position Workday solutions within accounts
