Job Description
The Securities Services business is a leading provider of custody services in Europe. Our Luxembourg branch plays a key role in its operations, offering high value-added services including custody, securities lending, fund administration, performance measurement, and bond issuance.
As a Senior Custody Business Analyst, you will manage changes to ensure timely delivery, with required quality. You will own and manage key strategic initiatives in conjunction with senior management.
You will conduct business process reviews and re-engineering where necessary. Develop and maintain accurate business requirements for all change.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage projects and solutions aligning with the Standard Operating Model for CCS operations and global operating model objectives.
* Conduct operational readiness assessments, planning, and implementation; ensuring production teams are prepared to accept changes.
Additional responsibilities include identifying and managing gaps, risks, and issues; and providing regular project updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of CCS activities and processes.
* At least five years of project experience implementing change into operations teams.
* High energy, dynamic, and results-focused individual.
* Ability to thrive in an innovative and agile working environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and analytical abilities.
Additional qualifications include familiarity with CCS applications.
