OEM Sales Director| Based in DACH region | Remote | €130-140k base + OTE
Edison Smart is representing a global leader in providing secure, reliable wireless connectivity solutions for enterprise, industrial, and medical applications. They are looking for a Sales Director based in the DACH region to drive sales and support the sales team across the EMEA region.
Responsibilities:
* Identify, develop, and close new OEM opportunities in Wi-Fi hardware and software solutions.
* Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing regional sales team
* Build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders in target accounts.
* Represent the company at industry events and client meetings across the EMEA region.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with product strategy and technical roadmaps.
* Deliver accurate forecasts, sales reports, and market insights to senior leadership.
Skill Set:
* Strong background in OEM technology sales, particularly involving Wi-Fi connectivity products.
* Proven hunter mindset with a track record of generating new business.
* Deep understanding of the B2B/OEM sales process and long-cycle technical solution selling.
* Fluent in German and English.
* Based in the DACH region with willingness to travel.
