We specialize in building and executing performance marketing strategies for B2B clients with long sales cycles and complex customer journeys.
The B2B team in Europe is looking for a Director New Business, B2B Marketing (f/m/d). This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about client relationships, strategy development, and international business growth.

You lead B2B Marketing sales processes for Front Row Europe through three main initiatives:
You collaborate with PE and VC companies from our partner network to identify portfolio companies in need of B2B marketing services.
You conduct outreach to SaaS companies using thought leadership content to build a relevant sales pipeline.
You drive cross-sale initiatives across the existing client base, focusing on companies with B2B marketing potential.
You lead B2B Marketing Strategy Workshops as an entry point for new client relationships.
You manage other onboarding funnels such as audits and traffic concepts.
Experience in a digital marketing agency would be a plus.
You have a strong understanding of digital B2B marketing strategies and processes.
You can showcase the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment.
You excel in building relationships, understanding customer pain points, and offering personalized advice or solutions.
You thrive in an upbeat, deadline-driven and fast-growing environment and don’t mind working on multiple projects simultaneously.
You are willing to travel, including time spent working in NYC and other global offices.
You speak fluent English (minimum C1).
