Job Opening: HR Administrative Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an HR administrative specialist.
* The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in HR administration and possess strong knowledge of labor laws, MS-Office tools, and SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and maintain accurate employee records, including employment contracts, addendums, certificates, and absence reports.
* Input and update employee data in all HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Provide expert guidance on social security, labor laws, immigration, internal policies, and answer queries from employees and employers alike.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including social security, CNS, and CAE.
* Review and adapt existing policies to ensure they remain relevant and effective, communicating changes to relevant stakeholders.
* Promote continuous improvement and challenge the status quo to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in HR administration (3-5 years)
* Strong knowledge of labor laws, MS-Office tools, and SAP
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Results-driven with a focus on quality and attention to detail
