About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with a background in aeronautics/defense to join our team in Hamburg. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating complex projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget compliance, and quality standards.
• Managing client relationships and stakeholders, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Optimizing processes and implementing efficient solutions for operational challenges.
• Mentoring teams and collaborating closely with technical and commercial departments.

Key Requirements:

✅ European citizenship (mandatory)

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in aeronautics, defense, or energy sectors.

✅ Strong knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies and management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).

✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and German

✅ Ability to thrive in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
