At No Isolation, you will be part of a rapidly scaling company expanding across Europe, while playing a key role in ensuring that no child is excluded from education or social life due to illness or absence. Our AV1 telepresence robot gives children the opportunity to stay connected to their education and classmates – even when they can’t physically attend school.

We are looking for a highly driven sales professional who excels at closing high-value deals, building C-level relationships within the public sector, and playing a central role in expanding our market presence. If you want to be part of a fast-growing, impact-driven company, this is your chance.

What will be your mission?

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of your region, driving both new business and the expansion of existing relationships, with a focus on municipalities, education authorities, and public institutions.

New Business Acquisition:

* Identify, qualify, and engage with key stakeholders across public sector organisations – particularly in education and local government.
* Lead complex sales cycles with long-term value focus, often involving multiple decision-makers and budget cycles.
* Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with our growth goals.

Account Expansion & Relationship Management:

* Strengthen and grow strategic customer relationships to drive revenue and reduce churn.
* Identify upsell and expansion opportunities, collaborating closely with Customer Success and cross-functional teams.
* Leverage customer networks to identify and secure referrals and introductions.

Internal Collaboration & Market Feedback:

* Work cross-functionally with Customer Success and Product to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing client success.
* Maintain accurate CRM reporting (HubSpot) and share forecasts and insights with leadership.
* Provide structured customer feedback to improve product-market fit and inform development priorities.


Who are we looking for?

You have a strong passion for solution selling, experience in market expansion, and a keen interest in making a real impact. Ideally, you bring the following qualifications:

* You have extensive experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS targeting C-level stakeholders.
* You thrive on strategic, consultative selling, often involving multiple layers of stakeholders.
* You’re driven, self-motivated, and structured – able to manage a region independently while contributing to the wider sales team.
* You have experience selling to or working within the public sector, ideally with an existing network in municipalities or education.
* You're fluent in German and comfortable working in English within an international team.

Location: This position covers Northwest Germany (Nord-West-Deutschland), with the option to work remotely or from a co-working space. We have an office in Munich, and you will report to our CCO and work closely with cross-functional teams in Munich, London and Oslo.

🤖 Who are we?

No Isolation was founded in 2015 when we developed AV1, a telepresence robot that helps children and young people stay connected to their education during long-term absences due to illness. Our mission is to help educators bring learning and belonging to every child.

Today, there are over 3,500 active AV1 robots used across 18 European countries. Positioned in the EdTech sector, AV1 is a unique solution to the growing issue of persistent absence, supporting both the academic and social needs of students.
