Job Description
We are seeking a talented Data Analyst (all genders) to join our team and provide data-driven insights to support our business operations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining datamarts and dashboards, conducting data analysis, and collaborating with various stakeholders to identify and address business needs.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in SQL (experience in Python is a plus), Tableau, data visualization, and business analysis based on data sources like AWS Athena, SAP BW and Oracle.

Your tasks:
1. Develop and maintain datamarts using SQL and Python.
2. Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support data-driven decision-making.
3. Utilize data visualization techniques to monitor and visualize key business processes, providing actionable insights for operational improvements and strategic decision-making.
4. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand their analytical needs, and translate their needs into actionable insights.
5. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement for all business departments.
6. Maintain reporting schedules and data extracts when required.
7. Identify potential for dashboard performance enhancements and consolidations.
8. Take care of 1st level support for Tableau related topics.
9. Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and best practices to continuously improve data visualization and analysis processes.
Qualifications
10. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
11. Proven experience as a Data Analyst in a similar role: proficient in data visualization techniques and best practices.
12. Strong knowledge of Tableau Desktop.
13. Strong understanding of SQL and data modeling to ensure high quality analysis results. Python is a plus.
14. Very strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
