Your main tasks and responsibilities
1. Creation of purchase orders and tracking, including clarifications in case of deviations
2. Interface between suppliers and internal customers
3. Complaint handling towards suppliers
4. Request for Quotations and Negotiations
5. Master Data Management in SAP
Your expertise and ideal skill set
6. Minimum High School diploma
7. At least 1 year of work experience in Procurement
8. Strong IT knowledge (especially Microsoft Excel, SAP)
9. Fluent German and English skills (written and oral)
10. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
11. Able to work under pressure
12. Flexible in a constantly changing environment

You can find all offers here: The minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) is EUR 3.395,16 based on 38 hours per week (full-time).
