Senior customer marketing specialist (m/w/d)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Marketing Manager to drive the execution of Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) Global Business Excellence (GBE) marketing growth plans for Building Automation across Europe. In this role, you will serve as the primary marketing strategist for the HBS GBE, leading the development and strategic planning of integrated marketing campaigns that support priority NPIs, brands and how these NPI’s and brands position into growth verticals.

Your role will involve collaborating closely with the leadership of HBS GBE. This position liaises with the in-country channel marketing team and makes use of marketing shared services for creative and content, media and events. You will be responsible for optimizing strategies based on performance insights.

This position is for an individual who has a passion for strategic marketing, centers their approach around the business needs for a HBS GBE and delivers measured results through planning and managing impactful marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams, driving meaningful marketing outcomes for the HBS GBE and BA Europe in a fast-paced environment.

1. Collaborate with HBS GBE leadership to develop marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Define priority campaigns and oversee execution across creative, media, events, and channel marketing.
3. Conduct market research and Voice of Customer studies to identify trends and adapt strategies for European markets.
4. Develop integrated campaigns to drive growth and engage target audiences.
5. Champion storytelling and differentiation for HBS GBE products and solutions.
6. Build strong partnerships with Sales, Offering Management, and other teams to maximize impact.
7. Promote agile working practices and adapt to changing priorities.
8. Track and analyze marketing performance for continuous improvement.
9. 6+ years of experience in customer marketing or related roles
10. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
11. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
12. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
13. Creative problem-solving abilities
14. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
15. Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred)
16. Dynamic, self-motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments
17. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
18. Innovative and creative thinking to drive continuous improvement
19. Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
