Role Overview:
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to help establish and lead our Berlin opening. You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping day-to-day operations, nurturing an enthusiastic team, and delivering memorable guest experiences at this distinctive new venue.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead all aspects of pre-opening and daily operations
* Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team
* Ensure consistently high standards for service and food quality
* Build strong relationships with local suppliers and producers
* Oversee budgets, sales, and overall business development
* Ensure ongoing compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements
* Organize guest events and develop local collaborations
About You:
* Significant experience in hospitality, restaurant, or F&B management (opening experience a strong plus)
* Genuine passion for food, wine, and delivering exceptional hospitality
* Fluent in both German and English
* Confident leader, team player, and commercially driven
* Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive
* Willing to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
