* Acting as the central lead for SAP Order‑to‑Cash Application Maintenance Support (AMS), you ensure stable operations, transparent coordination, and effective stakeholder management
* You take end‑to‑end ownership of incidents, service requests, changes, and problem management, monitoring 2nd‑level support activities and escalations while ensuring timely resolution in line with agreed SLAs
* By performing and moderating initial problem analyses, you enable fast, structured troubleshooting and support sustainable solution design
* In close collaboration with internal IT teams, you steer, coordinate, and challenge external AMS service providers to deliver high‑quality, process‑aligned results
* You act as a quality gate prior to implementation, ensuring compliance with global process standards and SAP template requirements
* By bridging support and project organisations, you proactively identify improvement opportunities and contribute to documentation, standardisation, and knowledge management
What makes us successful together
* Qualifications: You hold a university degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field
* Experience: You bring at least three years of hands‑on experience in SAP Order‑to‑Cash environments, ideally in support or consulting roles
* Know-how: You combine strong end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash process knowledge with solid SAP Sales and Distribution expertise and a structured troubleshooting mindset
* Nice to have: Experience in IT service management or global, multi‑country SAP landscapes as well as familiarity with system integrations such as customer relationship management platforms
* Personality: You work proactively and in a solution‑oriented manner, communicate clearly across different stakeholder groups, and feel confident taking ownership in dynamic environments
* Language: You are fluent in English and are comfortable working in an international, cross‑functional setup
