As a Security Installation / Service Technician, you will be key in delivering top-tier service to our valued customers by responding to service calls, supporting Customer Support Programs, and executing small-scale projects. You are a dedicated professional with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service to customers, colleagues, and the community. Install, program, test, repair, and service various systems, including security, fire alarm, life safety, and building automation equipment, with guidance as needed.
Collaborate with customers and colleagues to provide expert technical support and training, escalating complex challenges to experienced team members when necessary.
Interpret manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot and repair equipment using your knowledge of electronics, standard test instruments, and hand tools.
Support project leads by providing critical installation assistance and suggesting improvements to enhance quality and profitability.
Perform additional duties as needed to support our mission of excellence.

Solid knowledge of electronic security systems and engineering principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in engineering, with hands-on experience in enterprise electronic security systems.
A proven history of managing projects that hit every mark—scope, schedule, and budget.
A solid grasp of physical security solutions (think CCTV, door access, fire prevention) and how they come together in the real world.
