Responsibilities:
Chem-Trend is seeking a dynamic IT Business Partner to drive our technological expansion. Our division operates across various sectors across Europe, providing innovative IT solutions tailored to enhance business processes and strategies. As an IT Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning IT services with business objectives, managing stakeholder relationships, and identifying new opportunities for technological advancement.
Your Impact:
* Strategy and Transformation: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business strategy, processes, priorities, challenges, and opportunities. Represent business interests within the IT department to ensure alignment of IT strategy and services with business objectives.
* Teamlead: Responsible for the disciplinary management, development, and evaluation of two team members.
* IT Needs Translation: Translate business requirements into IT needs, facilitate the delivery of IT solutions that meet business expectations, support change management, and ensure effective communication and support for IT initiatives and projects.
* Relationship Management: Manage relationships and align communication between IT and business stakeholders. Collaborate with IT Business Partners and teams to share best practices, insights, and solutions within the organization.
* Performance and Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the performance and value of IT services, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, business, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in IT within a corporate environment, including initial leadership experience.
* Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
Skills Needed for Success in this Role:
* Technical Expertise: Broad knowledge of IT systems like SAP, IT processes, and methodologies.
* Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and solve complex problems and propose innovative solutions.
