The Stores area creates the technical basis for efficient store processes by using the latest technologies. Our customers will be able to see the results of your work first-hand in all ALDI SOUTH stores worldwide. Our processes are increasingly moving to mobile devices to provide store associates with the most up-to-date hardware and software support. To facilitate this strategic focus, we are continually expanding our current team of experts. The “Stores Administration” Product Line is responsible for ensuring a functional and resilient IT infrastructure in all ALDI SOUTH stores worldwide and is constantly improving our IT capabilities.
Your Job
What you give your best for.
* Assuming responsibility for the back office front-end of the store PCs as part of an international, agile and cross-functional team
* Working closely with the Product Owner to translate international requirements into specifications and user stories, as well as providing them to the external vendor
* Cooperating with the product team and the external vendor to identify optimisation potential in order to improve both the team-internal processes and user experience
* Advising the Product Owner(s) on the evaluation and prioritisation of upcoming developments
* Coordinating with international centralised and decentralised teams to ensure smooth implementation of new requirements
* Proactively taking measures to reduce the solution’s risk of failure by addressing potential sources of error at an early stage
* Carrying out in-depth analyses to ensure sustainable incident management
* Preparing and continuously monitoring the annual budget forecast to optimise resource management
Your Profile
What you should have.
* Degree in business informatics or comparable, verifiable professional experience
* Sound knowledge and experience in the area of technical product management
* As an interface between business and IT, you are proficient in both areas and speak the language of both developers and department representatives
* Very good analytical and strategic skills as well as experience conducting requirements analyses
* Agile mindset and the ability to effectively work in agile environments and product teams
* Ability to communicate clearly and in a manner appropriate for the target group
* Very good written and verbal English language skills
