Join a dynamic 1st Line of Defense IT Governance team, supporting the operational security of critical IT systems in a regulated financial environment. You’ll play a key role in managing IT security operations, working closely with second-line functions and helping drive alignment with frameworks like MaRisk, BAIT, and DORA.
What You’ll Do:
6. Oversee IT Security Operations and ensure safeguarding of infrastructure
7. Collaborate with Information Security and other 2LoD teams
8. Lead and support team development in a hands-on, regulatory-driven environment
What You Bring:
9. Strong experience in IT governance, compliance, or security ops
10. Knowledge of financial services regulation (DORA, MaRisk, BAIT)
11. Fluent in German & English (written and spoken)
12. A collaborative mindset and solid technical understanding of security tools and frameworks
