Job Mission: As a Specialist Campaigns & Media, you will be in a coordination role designed to support a Senior Manager and a Manager in the planning, execution, and tracking of Pan-European marketing and media campaigns for Kia. The position acts as a key link between internal teams, external agencies, and local markets, ensuring smooth coordination of product imagery, brochures, videos, and campaign assets. It also involves supporting analytics, budgeting, and administrative processes, particularly in relation to media planning and performance tracking. Your Responsibilities: Campaigns: Regular communication with KEU distributors Marketing Managers providing information about Pan European projects (mainly on product imagery, product videos and sales Coordination and projects alignment between Campaigns and Digital teams on Product Landing pages, Connect, Charge and Mobility website. Coordination with in-house agency and internal stake holders for Mobility, Charge and Connectivity services across Kia Europe Product Imagery development: Handle Model Year updates of product brochures and product imagery: planning, briefing, supervision & coordination, delivery. Support and steer new product studio photography and product imagery updates: preparation, coordination, production supervision, delivery. Product brochures coordination: Brochure adaptations: support Kia HQ communication team in planning and briefing the projects, coordination, delivery & roll-out to European markets. Support in new product brochures development Other neutral product assets: Support in development and production of product videos Support in development and production of promotional assets (films, leaflets, posters) for Motorshows Support Kia and in-house agency in maintaining KEU Marketing online platform Kia Studio Collect local adaptations of launch campaign materials for internal approval process & share best practices. Regularly request and collect local tactical campaign materials and dealer advertising for KME review and approval. Based on collected local materials, create and run project based surveys to assess KME distributors’ level of utilization and satisfaction with Pan European communication materials. Identify best practices and new markets´ needs. Support team in Pan European campaigns logistics organization: transport, product check & preparation. Support invoicing and cost controlling process (SAP): check & process invoices, prepare internal documentation, update internal cost overviews. Media: Day to day contact for central media agency Actively supports Senior Media manager in media budget exercises including tracking of media campaigns Analyses campaign performances using data and analytics Analyses market and competitive situation in the different countries Lead digital data driven projects under the supervision of the Senior Manager Your Talents: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships or marketing roles), ideally in automotive, media, or consumer goods sectors. Production experience is beneficial Experience coordinating with agencies or working on campaigns across multiple markets would be a plus. Skills: Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Good understanding of marketing and media fundamentals (campaign assets, brochures, digital platforms, etc.) Basic familiarity with media planning and performance analysis. Strong communication skills, especially in working with cross-functional teams and external partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); SAP experience is an advantage. Comfort working with data and online platforms (e.g., campaign performance dashboards, asset libraries) Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
