Job Summary:
We seek a skilled Payroll Professional to join our client's HR team in Luxembourg.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases and information systems.
* Organize regular medical check-ups and manage employee health insurance affiliations.
* Process timely payroll, including new hires, departures, contract changes, liaise with external partners, review payslips, and resolve discrepancies.
* Handle payroll-related inquiries (overtime, reimbursements, etc.) and provide excellent customer service.
* Manage all types of absences (leave, sickness, special leave) and ensure compliance with company policies.
* Collaborate closely with the HR Business Partners, the HR team, and the Finance department to achieve business objectives.
* Ensure accurate payroll records and generate regular reports to support business decisions.
* Review and improve payroll processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
* Respond promptly to requests from payroll providers, external administrations, and auditors.
* Support compensation monitoring (salary reviews, bonuses, interest subsidies) and benefits administration to attract and retain top talent.
