Your tasks
As Head of Process Engineering, you will play a decisive role in the design and optimization of our production processes. You will not only lead our team, but also drive forward strategic projects that have a significant impact on our growth.
4. Leadership and development: You will lead a team of engineers, developing them both professionally and personally. Your motivation is the key to achieving the best results together.
5. Project management: You will take responsibility for complex, multi-year projects, from the initial idea to successful completion. This includes the planning, implementation, documentation and presentation of results.
6. Process optimization: In close coordination with internal departments and external partners, you will manage the scaling of our production processes. You will continuously analyze processes in order to increase efficiency and quality.
7. Economic analysis: You will be responsible for preparing profitability calculations, budget planning and ROI analyses, which form the basis for investment decisions in new systems or expansions.
8. Innovation management: By monitoring market trends and developing new processes, you will ensure that we are always one step ahead technologically. You will also actively support the patenting of new technologies and ideas.
Your profile
9. Sound education: You have a degree in process engineering or a comparable qualification.
10. Industry knowledge: Initial experience in feed production and development as well as a solid understanding of feed compositions and production processes are a big plus.
11. Leadership skills: You have initial management experience or have the potential to lead a team in a motivated and successful manner.
