As part of the central area "Corporate Executives," the department "Corporate Executive Development" is responsible for the development and implementation of various training concepts and events for the senior management of the Group.

Main tasks:
Learning & Development Senior Specialist (m/f/d)
* Content-related and strategic (further) development of collective and global leadership training from SVP to Board Level
o Independent derivation and conception of training content and programs for senior management, considering the strategy and needs of DHL Group
o Content development of training concepts and plans, as well as training materials and methods
* Monitoring and continuous optimization of existing training content, taking into account trends in the leadership development market
* Advising on and developing individual further development measures for leaders from SVP to Board Level
o Point of contact for the "Corporate Executives" area to identify individual training needs
o Independent derivation and development of individual training concepts in coordination with Corporate Executives and the respective leaders
o Implementation of tailored, self-developed measures, such as coaching for leaders
Professional qualifications:
* Completed university degree with a focus on psychology, personnel development, or comparable qualification
* Many years of professional experience in leadership development at the top executive level in a corporate structure or large company
* Ideally, experience in scientific work
* Certification in consulting and coaching
* Experience in developing training and implementing training methods
* Strong understanding of business or entrepreneurial contexts
* Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
