Team mission
We are looking for an experienced senior manager to oversee our IT function and lead a dynamic, customer-focused team. As Head of Corporate IT, you will define and execute the department's long-term strategy, making the team a trusted business partner while providing an excellent user experience for our employees worldwide.
You Will
* Deliver an exceptional employee experience, empowering end users to self-support whenever possible.
* Manage the IT budget, make strategic purchasing, vendor selection, outsourcing decisions, and oversee vendor relationships.
* Create, communicate, and enforce policies and IT controls in collaboration with legal and security teams.
* Develop and implement long-term vision and strategy, while achieving short-term goals.
* Design and operate global IT systems and processes to high standards.
* Ensure team health and engagement through hiring, training, and coaching.
* Our tech stack includes Google Workspace, JAMF, Intune, Okta, and Workday.
Who You Are
* Experienced in leading and managing high-performing teams (5+ years).
* Proven track record of developing team leads and individual contributors.
* Strong technical background in analysis, design, and implementation of IT systems.
* Committed to quality and customer service.
* Empathetic and able to relate to non-technical users.
* Deep understanding of hardware, software, networking, and security topics.
* Excellent program management skills, including project initiation, scope, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and communication.
* Ability to influence at all organizational levels.
* Results-oriented with a bias for action, even in ambiguous situations.
