Germany: Key Account Manager

Join Baettr – a global partner in the wind industry

We are looking to further strengthen our Sales team with an experienced Key Account Manager who is passionate about the wind industry.

As part of our Sales team, you will play an important role in building and maintaining long-term, successful customer relationships. You will join a global organization dedicated to renewable energy, working alongside skilled and motivated colleagues across Europe, India, China.

Your role

You will be responsible for delivering account growth, developing and executing solid Key Account Plans, and continuously improving customer satisfaction.

You will report to the Vice President – Sales. Your location can be in either Ostfriesland or Stade, Germany, and the role includes international travel.

Your responsibilities will include

1. Building, maintaining, and expanding relationships with two of our largest OEM customers
2. Driving strong collaboration across internal functions at Baettr and key customer stakeholders
3. Leading optimization projects with key customer stakeholders
4. Performing market and customer analyses, including risk and opportunity assessments
5. Contributing with strategy input, strategy development and ensure effective execution of account plans.

What makes you a strong fit

You bring experience from Key Account Management and/or Project Management, preferably within the wind industry. You have a strong commercial understanding combined with an interest in technical solutions.

You are a strategic thinker who can maintain a clear overview while still diving into details when needed. You are structured, able to prioritize effectively, and keep focused in a dynamic environment.

In addition, you:

6. Take a proactive and ownership-driven approach
7. Communicate clearly and confidently across stakeholders
8. Have strong presentation and negotiation skills
9. Build trust and meaningful relationships naturally.
