Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior financial roles, with a strong background in business controlling and financial management. Operational experience (sales, project execution) is a plus. Experience & Skills Deep expertise in financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and reporting. Proven track record in leading financial planning and reporting processes in complex, global environments. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; able to engage at all organizational levels. Experience managing multicultural, cross-regional teams and navigating diverse business models. Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking abilities; results-oriented with a “big-picture” mindset. Proficiency in financial systems, advanced Excel, and digital analytics tools.
