As a Senior Business Analyst (f/m/d) you will strengthen our agile cross-functional product teams with your ability to very quickly analyze business situations and specific product requirements across multiple countries. You will also collaborate with various international Allianz stakeholders as well as our internal product teams to deliver conceptual designs for our digital product development and ensure alignment between teams. You will support our Chief Product Owner in managing our product portfolio in terms of aligning product vision and scope, implementation and global rollout roadmaps and implementing cross-product optimizations for all teams.
Tasks
* Ensure local insurance and market needs are understood to consolidate product scope and avoid feature gaps
* Support products in analysing requirements, deriving comprehensive concepts and aligning solutions across all stakeholders
* Challenge products in prioritization, roadmap planning and progress reporting
* Identify and implement cross-product optimizations in close alignment with CPO and product teams
* Support experts in business projects like maturity assessments and feed insights back to product feature development
* Analyze different Health insurance markets, recent trends in Health insurance as well as growth and profitability drivers to support our Allianz units beyond our products
Requirements
* You hold a Masters degree (or Bachelor with comparable work experience) in Economics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Computer Engineering, Mathematics or a similar degree
* 3+ years of working experience (working experience in IT / business consulting is a plus).
* You have extensive experience in requirements analysis and delivering agile projects within international teams
* High degree of self-organization, willingness to take ownership and the ambition to cover a broad range of topics, paired with a hands-on attitude.
* Highly structured approach with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
* Your communication, presentation and leadership skills are outstanding
* Ideally, you are experienced in the (health) insurance or financial services sector
* Fluency in written and spoken English
