In this position you will be driving innovations on semiconductor technology, device and system level to shape the next generations of CoolMOS® and Wide Bandgap High-Voltage Power MOSFETs.
Develop and characterize new device and process concepts and drive their implementation until hand over to manufacturing
Contribute to development projects and furthermore present results to management and expert teams
Collaborate closely with other teams in the Business Unit (e.g. product development, application engineering, product marketing) as well as in Frontend (e.g. unit process development, production sustainment and physical failure analysis
A PhD or Master/Diploma after studies in electrical engineering, nanotechnology, semiconductor physics or any microelectronic related field
At least 3 years of experience in the field of semiconductor technology
Background in electrical engineering for system understanding in the field of power electronics
Sound knowledge in semiconductor process technology and semiconductor physics
Ideally first experience in project management and change management
Fluent German and English communication skills
