In Rostock or Bayreuth, you will supervise concrete tower production stages, assuring the teams have enough manpower and tools, so the set goals established by the company quality standards could be achieved.
TASKS:
1. Plan daily activities for the production teams
2. Keep staff levels within budgeted hours
3. Ensure plant safety programs are followed
4. Manage inventories and coordinate with other departments
5. Understand that all injuries, even if minor, shall be reported to management and/or the safety office
6. Working with engineers to improve manufacturing processes and designing new ones
7. Inform the Quality Manager about the detected deviations and incidences during the process
8. Training new employees on processes and policies to ensure effective operations
YOUR PROFILE:
Higher Education (HNC).
9. Experience in production processes
10. Experience in concrete manufacturing and technological control, experience with self-compacting concrete
11. Experience as production supervisor or similar position
12. Availability to travel: this position will require to be all of the time on site, location changes to new projects as the previous ones are finished
13. Fluent in English
14. Capable to work in teams
15. Methodical and analytical skills
